Who we are

This website is operated by FlowSave Commercial ("FlowSave Commercial", "we", "us"), a commercial water-efficiency marketing and enquiry-coordination business serving Ontario. Mailing address: to be confirmed before launch.

FlowSave Commercial is not a product manufacturer. URIMAT products are made by URIMAT Schweiz AG. FlowSave Commercial is a commercial partner of URIMAT, and URIMAT product images on this site are used with its permission. URIMAT does not operate this website and does not receive your information from it automatically; see "Sharing with URIMAT, suppliers and installation partners" below.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry

Your name, company, work email, phone number, job title (optional), facility type, city or municipality, number of urinals, number of locations, upgrade timeframe, any project details you write, and your consent choices. If you send figures from the savings calculator, we also receive those inputs and results.

Campaign and page information

To understand which pages and campaigns lead to enquiries, the form also sends the page you submitted from, the first page you landed on during your visit, the website that referred you (domain only), and any campaign tags in the link you followed (UTM parameters and Meta's click identifier). These are kept in your browser's session storage until you close the tab and are sent only if you submit a form.

Security information

To limit spam and abuse, we store a one-way, salted hash of your IP address with each submission rather than the address itself. If spam protection by Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, Cloudflare processes technical information about your browser to verify that a person is submitting the form.

We don't ask for, and you should not send, financial, health or government identification information.

How we use it

• to respond to your enquiry and arrange the assessment you asked for;
• to qualify and track your enquiry through our internal workflow;
• to share relevant details with a supplier or installation partner, as described below;
• to measure which pages and advertising campaigns produce enquiries;
• to protect the website and forms from spam and misuse;
• if you opted in, to send occasional updates about commercial water efficiency. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Sharing with URIMAT, suppliers and installation partners

FlowSave Commercial receives your enquiry first. We do not send enquiries to manufacturers, suppliers or installers automatically. When you submit an enquiry, you agree that we may share the details you provided with URIMAT, our commercial partner, or with a relevant product supplier or installation partner only so they can respond to your request, for example to confirm availability, review your facility, visit the site or prepare a quote. We tell you who we are introducing you to, and we expect those partners to use your information only for that purpose. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We use service providers to run this website and our enquiry process. They process information on our behalf:

• Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website, runs the form handler and stores enquiry records in a database located in North America. Cloudflare also provides the form spam check (Turnstile), which processes technical information about your browser.
• Formspree, Inc. (United States) receives a copy of each enquiry from our server and emails it to the FlowSave Commercial team. Formspree keeps a copy of the submissions it receives in our Formspree account.
• Email: the enquiry notification is delivered to FlowSave Commercial's email inbox, which is hosted by our email provider.
• Meta Platforms (only if you allow advertising cookies): see below.

Some of these providers may process or store information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law.

Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not set advertising cookies unless you choose "Allow advertising cookies" in the cookie banner. We use your browser's local storage to remember that choice, and session storage for the campaign information described above.

Advertising measurement (the Meta Pixel and Conversions API) is not active on this website at present. If it is enabled, it will load only after you allow advertising cookies, and this policy will describe it.

Your consent

When you submit an enquiry, you consent to the uses above. Marketing updates are a separate, optional choice. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us; this won't affect anything done before you withdrew, and we may not be able to complete an assessment without the information needed to arrange it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond, follow up and keep business records: retention period to be confirmed before launch. Spam submissions are not stored.

Security

Enquiries are sent over an encrypted connection and stored in an access-controlled database. Only authorised FlowSave Commercial staff can view them, in our lead database, our Formspree account and our email inbox.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask questions about how we handle it. Contact our privacy contact below. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
