What we do
FlowSave Commercial is a commercial water-efficiency marketing and enquiry-coordination brand serving Toronto, the Greater Toronto Area and other Ontario communities where supplier and installer coverage is confirmed.
Facility teams rarely have time to research every efficiency product, chase suppliers and compare claims. We do the first part of that work. We explain the technology in plain terms, help you estimate what is at stake with your own figures, and review each enquiry with you before anyone else gets involved.
When a project looks worthwhile, we coordinate with a suitable product supplier or installation partner, with your agreement, so you get a site-specific proposal and quote.
How we work
- Your enquiry stays with us firstEnquiries come to FlowSave Commercial. We don't pass them to suppliers automatically; we share details only to respond to your request, as our privacy policy describes.
- Honest numbersOur calculator estimates flushing water and variable utility charges using official municipal rates, and says plainly what it leaves out.
- Clear about who makes whatWe name manufacturers accurately. URIMAT waterless urinals are made by URIMAT Schweiz AG, and FlowSave Commercial works with URIMAT as a commercial partner. FlowSave Commercial does not manufacture products and does not claim to be any manufacturer's exclusive or authorized distributor.
- Maintenance included in the conversationWaterless fixtures need cleaning and servicing. We talk about that up front so there are no surprises after installation.
Where we start
Our first focus is commercial urinals, because they are among the simplest washroom fixtures to evaluate: the water each one flushes can be estimated directly from fixture counts, usage and flush ratings. Over time we expect to cover other commercial washroom efficiency products where the evidence supports them.
